The Springboard Program
Springboard is a proven, structured, yet flexible, business accelerator program. The process lasts approximately three to six months allowing you to fine-tune and steadily improve your business while you run it. Following acceptance into the Springboard Program, the process begins with an orientation where you will learn about the program expectations & milestones and meet your mentor team.
Business Strategy & Marketing Panel
The Business Strategy & Marketing Panel provides you with their first opportunity to give your investor pitch presentation to a panel of our experienced mentors. The panel focuses on the articulation of your elevator pitch, business model (how your business makes money), target market opportunity, competitive landscape, regulatory pathway (if relevant), go-to-market strategy and projected costs to execute the business plan.
Finance Panel
The Finance Panel really helps hammer out the details of your financial model, your growth plan and overall financial viability for your investor pitch. Our mentors will help you align your business model with your financials to determine the scalability of your business, develop a solid balance sheet, P&L and capital raise strategy. Our finance mentors help you identify key financial and investment milestones and potential risks to make sure your company is an attractive investment.
Dry Run & Final Panel
The Dry Run & Final Panels are the culmination of the Springboard mentoring process. You will have developed a compelling investor pitch presentation supported by a well-articulated and scalable business model. With completion of your Final Pitch presentation you are now a Springboard Graduate and an esteemed member of our Alumni! Congratulations!
