Springboard is a free business development mentoring program. Whether you just have a concept, are developing out your business plan, or actively searching for a first or second round of funding; Springboard is a resource for you.

Face time in front of Venture Capitalists is a very difficult thing to obtain. At the conclusion of  three to five months of mentoring, CONNECT will put you in front of a panel of San Diego’s most established Venture Capitalists, successful Entrepreneurs, and Veteran Business people, allowing you to make your business pitch. Immediate feedback is then given and recommendations on the next step are suggested. Through this process CONNECT has seen hundreds of companies receive funding, the majority of which are still around today.

The Springboard Spotlight is a new program, which takes the best of the Springboard graduates and places them in a room full of Venture Capitalists. The all-star graduates then make their pitch. Both entrepreneur and VC benefit from the screening and refining process which previously has taken place through the Springboard program. Entrepreneurs can already attest to the doors that open when participating in this highly unique program.
