Peter Stockburger is a senior managing associate at Dentons, and focuses his practice on the unique intersection between cybersecurity, privacy, and employment law. Peter regularly counsels clients on cutting-edge legal issues, such as cybersecurity and enterprise risk mitigation and creating a cyber-secure work “culture.” Peter also defends clients in state and federal court on all matters of commercial and employment litigation. In addition to his work for the firm, Peter is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law where he teaches in the area of oral advocacy, international law, and cyber law.
