Michael Trezza is a technology entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in software and business systems. Having founded his first web startup in the late 90’s in college then going on to build, scale and sell many since, Michael understands the role of systems in creating a streamlined and valuable operation. As the founder and CEO of Lithyem, a San Diego software technology agency, Michael works with businesses ranging from San Diego construction companies to global non-profits to Fortune 100 enterprises helping them improve their operations and make better decisions through data.

With a background in computer science, psychology and fine art, Michael's experience gives him a unique perspective on the application of emerging technology to business operations. Michael is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, technology and education. He is the founder of Project Disrupt, a non-profit who’s mission is to educate students and young adults on the emerging disruptive technologies that will transform life, business and the global economy in the coming future and to help develop career pathways that will make a significant positive impact on the world's population. Michael is a entrepreneur mentor with the SDSU Lavin Center, serves on the board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Accelerator Program, is a founding member of Life Lounge San Diego and a passionate member of Gen-Next.
